* Considerada a maior ação da cidade.
* Permitido armamento pesado.
* Permitido uso de explosivos do sistema.
* Permitido até 8 reféns.
* Permitida negociação avançada.
* Proibido auxílio de organizações não participantes.
* Proibido ultrapassar o limite de participantes.
